5. Service Limitations
While we strive to provide accurate analysis, our AI models have limitations. The analysis should be viewed as insights rather than absolute truths. We are not responsible for decisions made based on our analysis results.
6. Account Terms
To access certain features of our Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
7. Subscription and Payments
Our service runs on credits: one credit analyses one conversation. Credits can be obtained in two ways. A paid subscription grants a set number of credits at the start of each billing period; unused subscription credits do not carry over, and they end when the subscription ends. Credit packs are a one-time purchase, do not expire, and are used only after any subscription credits have run out. By purchasing either, you agree to pay all associated fees. You can cancel a subscription at any time and will keep access for the period already paid for, but we do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods or for unused credits.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of these Terms and notifying you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
